Business Development Manager
As part of the Business Development Unit, the Business Development Manager (BDM) would be the primary sales and relationship manager with targeted markets, and related clients. The BDM would spearhead all initial negotiations and solicitations with perspective clients in these markets on behalf of APD Solutions, LLC (“APDS”). The BDM will be the institutional “public face and voice” of APDS.
Business Support Specialist
Working under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the full‐time Business Support Specialist oversees and manages all office administrative procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations or the CEO. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Summer Internship 2011 (Position Closed)
We are looking for an intern with a passion for community development and its ability to impact people and shape communities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, initiative, and maturity, and should be able to work in a small, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment. Candidates should possess strong writing, analytical and organizational skills. Experience in market research, project management, or community development is preferred. Interns will be asked to commit to work a minimum of 9 weeks, on a full-time basis Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm based on a flat rate stipend. Internship opportunity is available in our Atlantic Station-Midtown office.
Community Development Specialist
We are looking for a Community Development Specialist with a passion for community development and its ability to impact people and shape communities. Potential candidate should have knowledge of urban housing and community development planning, principals of subsidized housing development, urban renewal housing rehabilitation and neighborhood revitalization. Candidates should posses strong writing, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage many complex tasks simultaneously. CDS will report to the Director of Business Support.
REO Asset Manager (Position Closed)
Manage a portfolio of client referred REO assets, which have been acquired through foreclosure or loss mitigation alternatives. Primary accountability includes the liquidation of assets through aggressive and proactive marketing techniques while mitigating client losses.
Operations Business Analyst (Position Closed)
We are looking for a highly motivated, data-savvy individual with experience analyzing, and interpreting real estate market fundamentals. The primary responsibility of the analyst is to monitor the real estate property markets and how they pertain to our real estate portfolios.
