At APD Solutions we not only focus on bringing new families into neighborhoods but we also want to preserve existing families whenever possible. Our Homeowner Retention Solutions (HRS) is a business to business service where we provide support by turning non-performing loans into performing ones. For institutions we provide staffing support to augment the personnel dedicated to reaching homeowners and creating workouts. We provide technical assistance on designing risk-management and default prevention strategies. We also provide training to organizations on how to effectively work with servicers or advance consumer outreach methods. The better our clients are at providing their services to consumers will positively impact lives and develop strong communities nationwide.  For APDS, our method of ensuring this outcome is to help our clients with best practices and improved execution.

Primary Services

Workout Negotiation: APDS works with servicers or on behalf of portfolio owners to negotiatate workout options with their customers. Workouts may consist of a loan modification, repayment plan, forbearance, refinance, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, cash for keys, short-sale or foreclosure as a last resort.

Housing Finance Options: APDS can provide assessments of consumer profiles to determine housing financing options for homeowner retention. If provided loan parameters and borrower profile APDS can review a portfolio to identify likely candidates for new financing options.

Counseling/Education: We assist clients in identifying certified housing counseling agencies for referral relationships for their customers.

Sustaining Success: On behalf of our clients, APDS will follow-up with homebuyers at pre-determined intervals to ensure that the workout option is doing well.

Safe Transition: If families are not able to remain in the home it is key that they have the safest transition from the unit as possible. APDS also has family friendly methods that help the family return to homeownership when appropriate.

Training: We provide training to organizations on how to work with servicers and consumers to arrive at the best outcomes.
