Our AM service offers a systematic process of maintaining and upgrading real estate assets in a cost-effective manner that works for the owners.
As a part of delivering our AM services, APDS has a dynamic real estate agent and broker network (The Real Solutions Network) that is actively engaged. Our contractors are insured and bonded and have experience with green building as well. We have extensive expertise in urban and suburban markets and unmatched familiarity with neighborhoods where there may be a high concentration of distressed properties. Our ultimate goal is to provide quality service to our clients and have the assets we manage be viewed positively in the neighborhoods until occupied.
Components of AM
Property Preservation: Evaluate condition of vacant properties and perform routine preservation duties. This includes securing, debris removal, winterization.
General Maintenance: Comprehensive maintenance including but not limited to lawn care, cleaning services, broken window replacement, and handling pools.
Property Assessment and Valuation: Regularly scheduled review of the Unit’s condition and marketability. This includes inspections by certified contractors, drive by or interior BPOs by our RSN members or full appraisals of properties.
Repairs and Renovation: APDS will oversee the evaluation and completion of necessary improvements and rehabilitation of units.
