As a key component of our Community Development Consulting Services, APDS provides onsite technical assistance and training on various housing industry programs and strategies. By sharing expertise and tools, we help strengthen the neighborhoods we work in by building the knowledge and improving the capacity of local organizations to deliver housing programs in targeted communities.

APDS also offers training services for public and private housing industry groups. We customize specific classes and workshops for our clients and deliver a series of seminars on relevant topics for broader constituencies. These classes are offered onsite and through distance education. Attendees will receive high quality instruction designed to implement programs using proven techniques. The APDS Staff currently teaches courses for several industry groups including Neighborworks Training Institute, the Mortgage Bankers Association, National Association of Realtors and local colleges and universities.
