1. APDS Neighborhood & Regional Auctions – RSN members have access to the advanced marketing concept of housing auctions sponsored by Hudson & Marshall and APD Solutions. This access allows members to place their single listings in the auction for a minimum retainer. Leveraging the proven success and pre-marketing formula of H&M and APDS, most homes sell at an average of 110% above the list price and usually 30% - 50% sell prior to the auction date. Members are able to maximize this unmatched marketing strategy available only to RSN members. Additionally, RSN members are able to participate in pre-auction buyer seminars and may also be selected by auction families for buyer representation.

2. BPO's,Listings & Referrals –APD Solutions is changing industry standards. APD Solutions acquires and manages real estate assets in 40 markets nationwide. Real Solutions Network members are experts and have thorough knowledge of their particular market. As an RSN member, that superior knowledge extends beyond providing a BPO for hire. When a real estate professional is chosen to provide an assessment of value, they are guaranteed the listing.*

3. Home By Request – Matching unlisted homes with qualified buyers. APD Solutions has the ability to locate unlisted, pre-foreclosure and pre-listed properties for qualified buyers. APDS’ web-based property finder service can identify properties for buyers before the foreclosure sale. Once a buyer creates a Home by Request profile and has been pre-qualified by an APDS vendor, preferred lender RSN members are identified and selected to perform buyer representation services to the buyer.

4. Marketing and Business Document Tool Kit – RSN members have access to a document tool kit library. This library includes document templates, accounting forms, business tips, and marketing templates designed to increase efficiency and expand market presence while increasing the financial bottom line.

5. Seminars, Workshops and Training – APD Solutions will offer a series of educational forums in your community. Whether the classes qualify for CEUs or assist you in qualifying for special housing programs, this training will be focused on current, relevant subjects helpful in the execution and growth of your business.

6. Market Opportunity Demographic Reports – APD Solutions employs up-to-date, cutting edge market analysis software. RSN members have access to market reports to aid in marketing and listing presentations. Additionally, members can order a packaged comparable report for a nominal fee. These reports will include a property detail report, comparable report, parcel and street map report.

7. Special Events & Recognition – APD Solutions hosts special events including luncheons, receptions, focus groups and advisory committees in its target markets. Additionally, high achieving RSN members will be invited to attend an annual banquet recognizing the accomplishments of members and other industry professionals.

8. Access to Special Mortgage Lending, Nationwide Contractors and Non-Profit Relationships – RSN members benefit from APD Solutions’ special relationships with key industry professionals. These professionals include mortgage lenders, non-profit groups and our nationwide network of contractors. These lenders have special lending products available only to members of RSN. Additionally, RSN members have access to national construction services who can provide, repair, renovation and reconstruction services at preferred rates and volume discounts. Finally, APD Solutions has relationships with local non-profit service providers desiring to expand their reach through RSN members. Their trusted community roles in providing buyer preparation services will be a steady local referral source that helps grow RSN member business.

9. Concierge Service: Need reservations? A dog groomer? Need flowers? Get more done with a personal e-ssistant. RSN members have access to a nationwide, concierge service between the hours of 8 – 6 EST. Simply log-in, submit your request and have a solution to your need within 2 hours of submission. This benefit enables our preferred members to have a more balanced “work-life.”
