Tomorrow's Neighborhoods Today - Area 3 Southside - 5 Year Plan
The Southside TNT five-year neighborhood plan provides an opportunity for the community to help shape and direct the pattern of growth and development within its boundaries. The goal is to develop a shared vision that is unique to the Southside by bringing together a range of community stakeholders. The Southside plan pinpoints strengths, assets, needs, and concerns. It embodies a vision defined by the community and recommends specific tactics and strategies to manifest that vision.
Athens-Clarke County Workforce Housing Study
Athens-Clarke County commissioned APD Solutions (APDS) to conduct a study to identify if there is enough and available housing to support the needs of the Athens workforce, and if not, what can be done about it.
Norwalk to Work

An extensive study of Atlanta’s residential real estate and strategic framework for neighborhood investment commissioned by the City of Atlanta.
City of Griffin & Spalding County Housing Report
The City of Griffin and Spalding County undertook development of a Housing Study to better grasp the current situation in their community. The goal of this project is to provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the housing conditions and needs, challenges and barriers. This study is intended to support planning efforts for these local partners in preparing for future growth, supporting housing options, improving the aesthetic quality of neighborhoods and contributing to economic development.
Rocky Mount, NC Investor Symposium
The City of Rocky Mount, North Carolina partnered with Atlanta based consulting firm, APD Solutions, to host the Advance Rocky Mount Investor/Developer Symposium & Tour to create awareness of the city’s development opportunities and incentives.
Housing Authority of Meridian, MS
The Housing Authority of Meridin Mississippi (MHA) commissioned APD Solutions (APDS) to assist in the acquisition and revitalization of 80 units of single family housing in Meridian, Mississippi known as “Queen City”.
